Terms and Conditions applicable to Ideal Buildings April 2026 Promotion.

Garages

1. The Thrifty garages shown are rated up to high wind zones and 0.9kPa snow loading which may not meet some council requirements.

Carports

2. The carports shown have no snow loading and may not meet some council requirements, upgrades to this are available at an additional cost.

Terms on all Products

3. Offer available on new orders placed with a participating Ideal Buildings distributor between 1 April to 30 April 2026. Offer not available at Ideal Buildings Christchurch / North Canterbury branch

4. Savings based on the Ideal Buildings Auckland recommended retail prices as at 1 January 2026, and may vary from region to region throughout New Zealand.

5. Buildings must be produced by 30 June 2026.

6.Free onsite consultations and advice for constructed buildings only.

7.All buildings supplied as kitset and come with full instructions, delivered to your nearest Ideal Buildings freight depot.

8.Unless otherwise agreed with your local Ideal Buildings distributor, Ideal Buildings is not responsible for obtaining council consent, and Ideal Buildings gives no warranty as to whether or not any particular building will require consent. Products do not include variations to meet local council requirements.

9. Garage Kitsets include framing, cladding, roofing, and sealant, main and personal access doors, gutters and downpipes, flashings, windows (unless otherwise specified), fixings, door locks and keys, but do not include site-specific plans, tools, concrete, building paper, framing nails or any foundation fixings. You will be responsible for delivery to your site, site preparation, foundations, constructing the kitset, obtaining any necessary council consents, and for ensuring that the constructed kitset building complies with applicable legislative requirements including the Resource Management Act 1991, the Electricity Act 1992, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

10. Prices are based upon Colorsteel Endura being used for cladding and roofing, which is not suitable for coastal properties (and an upgrade to Colorsteel Maxx may be required for coastal properties).

11. Prices are based upon 0.35 6 Rib roofing being supplied. Upgrades to 0.4 6 Rib or corrugate are available.

12. As Ideal Buildings is continuously improving its products it reserves the right to alter/modify/ change the specification of its products at any time without notice.

13. All prices include GST.

14. Each nearest Ideal Buildings distributor is independently owned and operated and sets its own pricing, therefore prices offered may differ from those shown.

15. Ideal Buildings endeavours to ensure that the information contained in this mailer, including images, prices, and descriptions, is correct, but does not accept any liability for errors, omissions, or differences between the products shown and finished products.
